Lei and Heavenly Tallit

Description:

This Hawaiian ketubah is a gorgeous piece of art !

The Hawaiian style ketubah includes the Maile plant that is native to Hawaii, and also the Puakenikeni white flowers.

Both are used for making Lei, a popular wreath in Hawaiian culture and great symbol of affection.

Around the roots of the two Lei “tree trunks” there are fresh natural foliage such as flowers, leaves, vines, fern fronds, and grass in green, purple, and orange colors.

The Tallit  (a Jewish prayer shawl) is held by the Lei branches and symbolizes the brooding of God’s Spirit over the world.

In addition, 24 Karat Gold leaves were used on the embossed blessings inside the text and around the ketubah border.
